The weight room will be open from 5:30-7:00 am and 3:45-4:45pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
This will be week 5 of 11 in the winter training cycle. We’ve had 49 athletes so far!

The ramp strength and speed program is still looking for more sponsors to buy weightlifting T-shirts for those who earn their way into a club. They would sponsor an entire 11 AM cycle and every post that goes into it they will get their picture taken with the kids getting their T-shirts and more.
Security National Bank has generously offered to be a sponsor if any other businesses, individuals, or parents would like to partner with them.

Executive members of the student council met today to talk about and plan future events and activities the student council will be putting on this winter!
As you know from some of our previous posts, our student athletes are working really hard in the weight room to get stronger for all of their activities. Help us reward their hard work by sponsoring a t-shirt for students who reach their strength-training goals! Shirts will be given out 4x per year when students max out.

Mrs. Christensen's Pre Calculus class enjoyed class outside today and continued their learning of trigonometry concepts. They had a furry friend join them that they have deemed it their "class pet" and named it Pythagoras.
