Keely Kuhlmann - Senior Spotlight

Keely Kuhlmann is the daughter of Steve and Deb Kuhlmann. She has an older brother Korey who is 24 and an older sister Lacey who is 33. Keely has a dog named Precious, Precious is a half black lab and half Australian Shepard. She also has a cat named Odie. Keely attended COU for elementary and middle school. She then attended MVAOCOU for high school. Her favorite teachers are Miss Petersen and Mrs. Sass because they are always there for her and “keep it real.” You can often find Keely driving around town in a red Ford Explorer which she doesn’t have a name for.

After high school, Keely plans to attend a four-year university to get a degree in physical therapy. When looking back on her high school career, she says her favorite memory is going to Costa Rica with the Spanish Club. When asked what she wants to be remembered for after high school, she said she wants to be remembered for “spreading positivity.” Her advice to all underclassmen is to “enjoy high school while it lasts because it goes by way faster than you think.” Best of luck in the future, Keely!
